We measure anonymous entry, submission, task status, result views, copies, exports and saves on this service. Attribution retains only an entry category and channel, without search terms, full referrer URLs, questions or recording text. A random visitor cookie lasts up to 30 days and a journey cookie 24 hours; events are retained for up to 90 days and reports are staff-only. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this collection.

Public transcripts appear in the public library. Private transcripts belong only to their creating account. Uploaded files are not published; originals are deleted after successful processing and temporary tool downloads expire after about 90 minutes. Signed-in notes and transcripts remain in your private library.

Sign in with an email account or Google identity. Google sign-in requests your name, email and profile picture; it does not request Gmail, Google Drive or contacts access. A verified email from Google confirms identity, and Google does not share your password with this service.

Speech recognition may run here or through an external processor. When external speech processing is enabled, the audio is uploaded to generate transcripts and speaker labels, without account email, passwords or login keys. We request deletion of temporary external files when the task ends and retain private reconciliation records if deletion is unconfirmed. Google’s AI service processes summaries, notes, chapters, answers and translations using the relevant transcript text, questions and notes, without account passwords or login keys. Requests disable interaction storage. We currently use the free service, which may use submitted content to improve its products. Resend processes the recipient address and message content needed for verification, password resets and support mail.

For payment, the SiteQuote Pay payment center and Stripe receive the amount, currency, plan, account email and internal order and account identifiers for checkout, subscription management and reconciliation. This service does not receive or store full card numbers; recordings and transcripts are not sent to payment services. Source platforms receive requests needed to retrieve recordings or captions. Automatic YouTube caption retrieval sends the video URL and chosen language to ScrapeCreators through treg, without your password, account email or private uploads. Source links, task state, credit records and transcript text are stored in the database.

Remove workspace saves, revoke API tokens and unfollow creators in the workspace. You can make your own public recordings private in the workspace. Contact the site for permanent removal or account data requests.
